7 May 2014 A project in the field of national pigs breeding is completed. The new software product GISPlemsvin is based on the modern web-technologies: PHP, MySQL, Apache, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, MiniWeb2. Within the system all information about the animals their vital is collected in regions together to the sole Russian Federation data warehouse which is deployed on the servers of RSRIPA.

Flexible mechanism of access rights, detailed reports (DrillDown), alternative variants of data loading. This is an incomplete list of what distinguishes the present decision in this area. GISPlemsvin system is designed on previous experience in Udnurtia Republic. After a lot of improvements not only intreface was rebuilt but the transition to the new library functions MiniWeb2 has made. The structure of database was transformed, the new tables was added, referenses’ coding met the new reqierements from The Minisrty of Agreeculture. Besides the data delivery was made such way that a procedure of loading from pigs breeding farms became quite simple.

During the deployment a row of regions where connected to the system. All of them use FIAS specialized software. In addition to the Udmurt Republic were connected data from Belgorod, Voronezh, Mordovia, Novgorod, Moscow regions. The new information system now works both on a federal and a regional level.

In the form of plenary session on thematic sections, round tables and master classes more then 50 speakers have made their reports. They are the representatives of government agencies and commercial organizations, science and education, software developers, and customers of Free Software solutions from the various industries. 21 February 2014 Lesnie Polyany. All-Russian conference “Modern state and main directions of innovation progress of pigs breeding in Russian Federation”. At the conference there were a lot of reports from scientists, breeders, and heads of software research companies, lead specialists in this field.

The nearest aims of information facilities development were marked on federation and regional levels. Variants for national and foreign software integration were discussed there. The metodology has a goal to normalize the parameters which collected from breed farms and they are to be in the united form

At the conference were shown the latest versions of RSRIPA software for breeders and was introduced a portal for the new system “GISplemsvin” developed by Silentium Company.

23 January 2014 A new Internet resource has been developed and put into operation for the needs of the national horse breeding. For the successful functioning of “IPS Koni-3” in the global network it was needed a new additional subsystem Web-Billing which was able to provide users registration, billing, payment control, services tracking. This has required a auxiliary database creation, some special modules development for information input, analyses processing, the whole system activity monitoring.

For the last four years Web-Billing was constantly improving. The new abilities were adding. They allow to place banners and their tariffing, news management, users messages processing, the portal pages translations into foreign languages. A large set of payment facilities was connected. Now the system makes it possible to get the services right after a payment executed 24 hours per day.

At the end of 2013 it was made a decision to carry the whole system to web technology. That was fulfilled successfully. A new web platform “MiniWeb2” of own development was used for the project realization. MiniWeb2 release is planned at March 2014. Data analyses use free application ETNI Fly.

31 December 2013 A new project was completed for advertising agency “Optima” Moscow city. It involved in printing and souvenirs production, design all around in Russian Federation. The company controls the whole cycle of interactions between clients, contractors and carrier services. Information processing specificity in “Optima” is follow. It needs to take into consideration many parameters of various type which of them is hard to formalize.

Business processes autoimmunization required to combine a lot of technical characteristics, terms of delivering, workflow elements and money streams with a contact conditions. The main advantage of “Optima” is efficiency and high quality. That is why many local and abroad companies work with it. The business feature reflected into the information system which was developed and adopted in the shortest terms.

Because of the new program implementation many departments began to work better. They are sells managers, accountancies, producing department, storages (materials, half-finished, products). Every departure processes only their part of data. Automatic coordination of parts and personnel activity allows to the top management a full control on the organization. This project has been made with assist of “ETNI Platform” Silentium Company.

From 29 August to 1 September 2013 the 15th International Equestrian Exhibition and Fair and the EquiFest Equine Festival took place in cultural and exhibition center “Sokolniki” in Moscow. The exhibition features conferences and seminars dedicated to horse breeding in Russia, diverse equine shows and championships: exhibition performance of the members of the Russian Paralympic Equestrian National Team, the Russian Pony and Miniature Horse Championship, the Western Riding Cup of Russia, the EQUIROS Exhibition Pony Show Jumping Cup, equestrian vaulting performance and open training program, and show-championship for the title of the EQUIROS Absolute Champion).

As a result of scientific works competition the Information Seeking System "KONI-3" of All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of horse breeding which developed by Silentium Company has von a spatial diploma of Equiros Exhibition.

5 June 2013 Internet project “Web External Student” is completed. This information system was created specially for Bashkir Government Agricultural University. The project has covered the main functions for divided workflow and allows to manage document agreement from any point of both the University and the republic.

The main system’s consumers are external students for witch a process of document distance agreement to pass an exam, to pass a test, diploma project defense and others is an essential circumstance.

When a student comes to pass an exam and instead of it he/she runs with the documents and stand in turns he/she has not time at all for an exam passing. The new system allows make a deal of cooperation with an dean's office and departments more faster and comfortable for every participant: students, methodologists, department heads, deans.

Because of the transparent processes a student always can follow an agree stage for his/her new document.
Demands and it’s fulfillment analyses helps the University top management to make operative administrative decisions. Barcode encryption also included into the project. It is useful for a quick searching and checking of the incoming papers. This approach challenges to reduce the possible frauds.
